Alustar® electrodes were specially developed for AC aluminium welding. The TFT version comes with a thermally formed hemispherical tip, making it the first “ready-to-weld” electrode for aluminium welding – without any additional preparation. It stands out for its highest material purity, uniform doping, and consistent tip geometry. Laser marking, a machined back end, and stable packaging ensure safe handling and full traceability. Each electrode is professionally cleaned and ready for immediate use – produced in Germany under strict quality and environmental standards. Production and delivery may take up to 15 days in total until the electrodes arrive at the customer’s location.
